Terms of Service — Santa Video Effective date: December 26, 2025 Operator: Causal Insights Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our”) Contact: [email protected] Website/App: santa-video.com (the “Service”) These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. 1) What the Service Is Santa Video is a novelty app that generates AI videos. You upload an image of your Christmas tree (or similar scene) and the Service produces an entertainment video of Santa placing presents underneath it. For entertainment only: The Service is provided solely for fun and novelty purposes. 2) Experimental AI and Output Variability The Service uses experimental generative AI models, including Veo 3.1 and Nano Banana Pro. You understand and agree that outputs can vary significantly and may include unexpected results. Examples of limitations include, without limitation: • the generated video may not perfectly match your surroundings (layout, lighting, decorations, scale, perspective, or objects); • objects may appear distorted, missing, duplicated, or altered; • motion or orientation may be unusual (e.g., upside-down videos or “Santa walking on the ceiling”). We use reasonable efforts to improve output quality and reduce obvious errors, but we do not and cannot guarantee any particular outcome. 3) Eligibility You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms. 4) Your Content and Permissions 4.1 Your uploads You may upload images and related materials (“User Content”) only if you have all necessary rights to do so. You agree not to upload User Content that: • infringes copyright, privacy, or publicity rights; • is unlawful, harmful, or abusive; • contains personal information of others without authorization (especially children). 4.2 License you grant to us You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant Causal Insights Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, transmit, and display your User Content only as needed to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Service, including generating your requested video and preventing abuse. 5) Generated Outputs The Service generates videos and related media (“Outputs”). Between you and us, you may use your Outputs for personal and lawful purposes. You are responsible for: • how you use, share, or publish Outputs; and • ensuring your use complies with applicable law and third-party platform rules. 6) Third-Party Services The Service may rely on third-party providers (including AI model providers and cloud infrastructure). These third-party services may have their own terms, policies, rate limits, and availability constraints. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control. 7) Acceptable Use You agree not to: • interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service; • bypass or attempt to bypass safeguards or usage restrictions; • scrape, reverse engineer, or copy the Service except to the extent permitted by law; • use the Service to generate or distribute unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or are creating risk for the Service or others. 8) Availability and Changes We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including supported features, formats, or underlying models. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. 9) Privacy Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, available at: [ADD PRIVACY POLICY LINK]. You acknowledge that generating Outputs requires processing your User Content and related technical metadata. 10) Disclaimers THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Without limiting the above, we do not warrant that: • Outputs will be accurate, realistic, or match your uploaded scene; • Outputs will be free from unexpected results (including unusual orientation or bizarre artifacts); • the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. 11) Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: • WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) $50 CAD. You acknowledge that imperfect or unexpected AI outputs are an inherent feature of experimental generative AI, and you agree that—subject to applicable law—such outcomes are not a basis for liability against us. 12) Indemnity You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Causal Insights Inc. from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: • your User Content; • your use or sharing of Outputs; or • your violation of these Terms or applicable law. 13) Termination You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service, users, or our systems. 14) Governing Law and Venue These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, excluding conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute will be brought in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, unless applicable law requires otherwise. 15) Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post updated Terms and revise the effective date. By continuing to use the Service after changes become effective, you agree to the updated Terms. 16) Contact Questions about these Terms?
